Warranty 

• 24 months back to base parts warranty

• Excludes general wear and tear, consumables (blades, belts, bushes and bearings etc), misuse or abuse of products or components and use outside of design limits, recommendations or Ground Force terms and conditions

 

Servicing and parts

• Ground Force keep a full range of spare parts for all models in stock

• Grease nipples are on all moving parts not lubricated by oil, including bearings and bushes, grease lines are installed in hard to reach places

Finishing

• Powder coat finish with high-quality equipment grade enamel topcoat, with external surfaces in a Dark Green and Yellow with Gloss

• Hot dipped galvanised in accordance with AS/NZS 4680 - Hot-dip galvanized (zinc) coatings on fabricated ferrous articles to a minimum 70 μm coating thickness

 

Materials

• All decks, covers, sides and skids minimum grade of Q235 structural steel (China) or SAE 1022 (Australia). Thickness varies see individual items

• All pins, gears, and pulleys are to be machined from high-grade tool steel (>0.4% Carbon)

• Blades (also see products and Guidelines) Steel – Grade 1050 (or better), or Silicone manganese or Boron swing with swing back blades, hardness between 35 and 45 Rockwell ‘C’, with balanced shaft and hub

 

PTO Drive Systems

• All PTO shafts for implements are included with the implements

• PTO Shaft Size is to be 1 3/8" x 6 spline, quick release pins at both ends

• PTO shafts guarded in accordance with AS 1121.4 Agricultural tractor power take-off Part 4 – Guards for power take-off drive shafts – strength and wear tests and acceptance criteria, or equivalent international standards, ISO 5674 and SAE 522.1.

• Gearbox input shaft have plastic safety guard in place

• Safety chains and clips at both ends to prevent plastic shaft guards from spinning

• Grease nipples on universal joints both ends and for shaft inside the plastic cover

• Implements and gearboxes are to be set up for 540 rpm

• PTO Clutches are to be included on all implements with gearboxes greater than 25hp, and sheer pins on those less than 25hp

• PTO shafts, universal joints and clutch sizes are to be suitably matched to the Gearbox horsepower

• Safety Stickers are installed on all PTO shafts

 

Other

• Stands are included with all implement that can be attached when the implement is not in use. Stands have base plates for dirt or grass surfaces and allow the easy attachment and removal of implement from the tractor
